It was an incredible experience to sit alongside other women entrepreneurs and feel a room filled with energy, resilience, and knowledge from so many different industries. What mattered most was not the specific details of our careers, but the journeys that brought us there — the challenges, lessons, risks, growth, and determination behind each story shared during the panel discussion.

In a time when so much communication happens behind the anonymity of social media, there was something especially powerful about bringing those conversations directly to people in person. By combining my experience as a business owner with my background in human behavior, I have been able to step into speaking engagements that not only provide education and practical insight, but also encourage connection, empowerment, and inspiration for others navigating their own journeys.
